Starting January 8th, the Paradigm sites will be having a moderator Survivor game - the mods from Animal Acres, Kidten Tracks, and Down Under Horse Stables will be participating. Definitely worth the watch! (I'm kinda nervous xD) The following was posted 12/01/06 by my fellow moderator, Mental. "Animal Acres is moving to a "patching" system where several changes will be made to the game at once in one big patch. Patches will allow AA to add more features overall and provide a better implemenation system for the players. This means we can incorporate new features much more quickly and with fewer bugs! Our very first update is called "Operation: Loose Ends!" and covers several topics that will clean the game up, make things easier for players, and update the game to account for any evolution the game has undergone in the past couple years. This update will include: -item system overhaul -adjust the exchange rate of animal points for rewards -cleanliness and mood will have more effect in the game -adding the habitat sorting to more areas of the game (such as vet clinics) In this first patch, you can look forward to a more streamlined and effective set of items, and a more equal set of options for the exchange rate of animal points. You will also be able to attend to your animals based on which habitat they are in, and your animal's cleanliness and mood will affect how well they do in shows.
