Posts: 8 Group: Members Member #272 Joined: Dec 12, 2010	I am looking for a new owner for the game as I don't have the time I used to have, to ensure the SIM is a success so rather than let it die I am going to sell it. What I am looking for in you: * Dedicated to continuing the SIM * Some basic competence about SIMs or websites * Honest, friendly and fair person * Ability to work with the current team of Mods (non-negotiable; the current staff must continue in their positions) * Not to claim to be the SIM creator or claim any current ideas/coding as your own * Enthusiastic and willing to move the SIM on * Keep the integrity of the site and have no dramatic changes * Some php/mySQL knowledge is prefered What do you need to know about the SIM: * Around 3000 members * Profitable * Unique in its market * Has features coded to make the admin tools easy to use for yourself * Great layout and art work * Fresh concept on game play - more interactive * Dog SIM I am looking for some financial gain from this transaction, due to the fact for the past 6 years I have put blood, sweat and tears into this game with a lot of my time. I haven't decided an amount but we can negotiate from there. Even if you can't "purchase" it, we can come to another agreement if you are an amazing candidate. If you are deadly serious about this and meet the requirement mail me and we can talk and negotiate from there. A lot of hard work has gone into this SIM game and you'll appreciate from my view I want the best person for the job, if you are an amazing candidate but perhaps lack financial funds we can come to some agreement. I know I am not able to handle a great game like this on my own, but I can offer my art skills, if the new admin was interested in of course ^^

The time, effort and love obviously put into it over the years is plain to see I really hope it finds a fantastic new owner who will do it justice
