 PSU uses an approval system for both Programmers and Artists.

Programmer Approval Information
Artist Approval Information

You may post advertisements for your services without applying for approval. However, your topic will still be open for reviews.

Responding to "seeking" topics offering your services or offering your services through PMs is considered advertising. This is ONLY allowed if you:
1. Have a topic posted advertising your services
2. Link back to your topic whenever you offer your services

If you fail to meet both of the above criteria, any responses to others' topics advertising your services will be deleted.
This applies to any responses made AFTER 7/30/2012.

Terms of Use
By advertising your services on PSU, you are also allowing other users to post reviews of your services. Reviews must not contain any personal attacks against the individual offering services, and must not include information about websites not belonging to or situations not including the reviewer. By advertising your services on PSU, you agree not to hold PSU liable for any content that may be included in reviews of your services.

If you do not wish to allow others to review your services, do not post advertisements on PSU.
