Come together to give and share with your fellow game lovers in this jolly season! GUIDELINES AND INFORMATION For the sake of simplicity, this will be an art exchange. Each person will draw a gift for the person they are assigned to. If you feel you simply cannot create something of your own, you may commission someone else to draw the gift for you, but your own participation is encouraged! It is all in the spirit of giving and the standard of gifts presented is not of the utmost importance It's a winter exchange - so lets see appropriately themed gifts! Snow, scarves, open log fires, christmas trees and presents are all very welcome! You may submit art of any variety and any size! Digital tag? No problem! Watercolour painting? Even better! Cupcake in the shape of someone's character? Very inventive! There are no limits to your creativity! You may give up to three characters in your sign up form! Try to vary their species so the person creating for you has a little more choice! Of course, nothing at all is stopping your Secret Snowflake from drawing all three of those characters together for you! Anyone who fails to hand in some kind of gift cannot participate in the next exchange, but may re-join the one after that. Basically it's a one-exchange break. I know its sometimes unavoidable but it also isn't fair to commit to something and then leave someone hanging, especially if they themselves have met the deadline and handed in a gift of their own. I can of course make exceptions to the above for those who have genuine reasons for being unable to continue and for those who are gracious enough to let us know they won't be able to hand anything in in advance. Anyone who is left without a gift after the deadline will not be forgotten - the staff members are poised to fill in those pesky gaps with creations of our own! However, if you feel you would be ready and willing to draw an extra gift at short notice, please do let us know! Please do check back for updates, additions, and revisions! SCHEDULE! The exchange will run as follows: ~~17th November - Sign ups open~~ ~~20th November~~ - SIGN UPS ENDED! 24th November - Partners have been assigned! ~~21st December - FINAL deadline for gifts to be handed in to organiser~~ Extended until further notice! Please send them to Qwig as soon as you can! 24th December - All gifts posted on the board in one flowing topic! This means you have a whole month to get those gifts finished and handed in! SIGN UP!
