Seeking long-term artist; paying in USD

 As the title states, my partner and I are seeking one or more long-term artists to work with us on our upcoming project. We will need lines, transparent bases, and possible help with coloring (because I am derp). Large art may also be commissioned on an as-needed basis. As a head's up: we can be picky and are seeking a style that really "clicks!"

Requirements are as follows:
-should be comfortable with drawing dogs, with knowledge of other domesticated animals preferred
-must have a semi-realistic to realistic style with correct anatomy. Stylization is okay.
-must be able and willing to sign on for long term work

You will be compensated with either USD (or any applicable real-world currency, since the internet is wonderful) or site currency/special items, if that strikes your fancy. Mostly we are looking to pay with USD.
